MIRAIT Corporation, a group company of MIRAIT Holdings Corporation (Headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President: Toshiki Nakayama, hereinafter referred to as “MIRAIT”) has signed a basic agreement for investment and business collaboration with MMD Inc., a company offering planning, design, construction, and operation of aquariums, museum facilities, and urban development as part of its smart city initiatives (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Naoyuki Kato).
